Terms and conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Purpose of the service

Quikfy is a recruitment platform aimed at companies, allowing them to create and manage selection processes supported by artificial intelligence and with meaningful human involvement in the relevant decisions.

Participation by candidates in the processes is free of charge. These terms govern the relationship between BAC MST SL (owner of Quikfy) and the companies that contract the service, as well as the general use of the platform.

2. Registration and trial period

Registration is carried out through the platform by providing the required information. We offer a 7-day trial with no minimum commitment, which may require entering a payment method as indicated during registration. You may cancel during the trial without being bound to a subsequent contract.

3. Plans and prices

The available plans and their prices are those in force at any given time on the platform’s pricing page. Any price change will apply as provided and with the corresponding notice. Amounts are billed according to the chosen plan and billing frequency.

4. Client obligations

The client undertakes to:

  • Use the platform lawfully and in accordance with applicable law, including data protection law.
  • Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Safeguard its credentials and not share them with third parties; it is responsible for activity carried out from its account.
  • Not use the platform for fraudulent, discriminatory or unlawful purposes.

5. Ownership of the test bank

The test bank, as well as its contents, structure and results, are owned by the owner. Its extraction, copying, reproduction, reuse or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means, without express written authorisation, is prohibited.

6. Service availability

The owner will use reasonable means to maintain the availability and proper operation of the service. In this version (v1) the service is provided without a committed service level agreement (SLA). Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond the owner’s control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner’s liability is limited proportionately to the amounts actually paid for the service and to direct and foreseeable damages. The owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or decisions made by the client within its selection processes.

8. Termination and effects

The client may terminate the service at any time through the platform or by requesting it at [email protected]. Termination takes effect according to the contracted billing frequency and results in the end of access to paid features, without prejudice to the retention of data for the periods indicated in the privacy policy.

9. Modifications

The owner may modify these terms for legal, technical or service reasons, giving reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect entails acceptance of them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Cádiz (Spain), unless a different mandatory jurisdiction is established by applicable law.
